Delhi Metro Airport Line users can book tickets on WhatsApp: Heres how

Recently Delhi Metro introduced the QR based metro tickets. There’s a new update to Delhi Metro’s digital upgrade, where travellers to and from Delhi Airport Metro line can now use WhatsApp based ticketing service.

This addition will allow commuters to receive their tickets with a QR code for scanning at the gate directly in their WhatsApp. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation stated, “Further enhancing the travel experience for its commuters in an easy-to-navigate digital mode, Delhi Metro today introduced a WhatsApp-based ticketing service for travel on its Airport Express Line.”

It is a WhatsApp chatbot that allows commuters of the Delhi Metro Airport Line to get their tickets on WhatsApp. This would be really useful and time saving for daily commuters as they don't have to wait in the line and get their ticket, which also means no long queues.
