Forget Twitter Blue at 799 a month you may have to pay to use Twitter soon

Under its new leader, Twitter seems to be struggling with a lot of things, reducing daily costs being one of them. Recently, Twitter's chief tweeted that the platform is losing $4M daily. While much of that could be linked to the massive debts, Musk has taken for financing his $44 billion deal; Twitter also needs to offer salaries to the employees left at the company. Twitter seems to have postponed the launch of the Blue subscription for $7.99 a month, which gathered a lot of bad press.

Musk discusses plans to put Twitter behind a paywall

According to a report by The Verge, Elon Musk has been discussing putting Twitter behind a paywall, charging all users a fee to use the platform, with David Sacks, his advisor. Both of them have discussed the idea in recent meetings, a person familiar with the matter told the publication.

One of the plans is to allow all users to browse through Twitter for a limited time every month and then require a subscription to browse more. However, this plan is not imminent as the core team focuses on releasing the Twitter Blue subscription with verification.

The report also mentions that some Twitter managers are being told to "ask select laid-off employees if they wanted their old jobs back." The publication cites a message from a manager to employees. It reads, "Sorry to @-everybody on the weekend, but I wanted to pass along that we have the opportunity to ask folks that were left off if they will come back."

Additionally, some employees are worried that if the company cannot get them to return, it might rescind the notice it offered while firing them.

You can see the Nothing brandng through the transparent part. Carl calls it "nice" and we agree. It does look nice but we are concerned whether it will be discoloured in time.  2.
