Apple iPhone 11 is on sale Available for 23,490 on Flipkart

Flipkart often comes up with exciting discounts on many tech products like smartphones, laptops, etc. Recently, the ecommerce platform offered the iPhone 13 Mini at a discounted price of Rs. Rs. 54,990 instead of the original cost of Rs. 64,900. Now, the iPhone 11 has got a massive price drop. Mind you, this is one of the few iPhone models that Apple discontinued this year.

Apple launched the iPhone 11 series in September 2019. The smartphone features a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina display. Apple's A15 Bionic chipset powers the smartphone. It features an 18 W adapter with fast charging capability. The handset offers a dual camera setup comprising 12MP ultra-wide and 12MP wide cameras, with f/2.4 and f/1.8 aperture. At the front, the smartphone comes with a 12MP camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies. Moreover, the phone's camera provides a 120-degree field of view. In addition, the Apple iPhone 11 offers water resistance to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes. The smartphone's base variant, 64GB, was launched at the starting price of Rs. 64,900. Apple offers six color variants in the iPhone 11 series, Black, Green, Purple, Red, White, and Yellow.

Flipkart is offering the phone at a discounted price of ₹40,990, and buyers exchanging their older phones will get an additional discount of Rs. 17,500, bringing down the cost of the smartphone to Rs. 23,490. In addition, buyers using a Flipkart Axis Bank credit card for the transaction can get an extra 5% cash back on the purchase. Furthermore, one can also opt for easy EMI options starting ₹3,681 per month. However, note that the said offer is available on the 64GB model of the device. In addition, the e-commerce platform is also offering Byju's three live classes worth ₹999 as a freebie.

Facebook to shut down standalone gaming app in Oct

New Delhi, Aug 31 (IANS) Meta is winding up its standalone Facebook Gaming app on both Android and iOS from October 28. The app will also be not available on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Meta did not elaborate on why it is shuttering the standalone gaming app. "Despite this news, our mission to connect players, fans and creators with the games they love hasn't changed, and you'll still be able to find your games, streamers and groups when you visit Gaming in the Facebook app," reads a banner on its website. "We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you for everything that you've done to build a thriving community for gamers and fans since this app first launched," the notice added. The app was launched in April 2020 to let users watch their favourite streamers, play instant games and take part in gaming groups.
