Vivo V27 series launch, price and availability: 3 details revealed

Vivo is launching the new V series in India very soon. This is the Vivo V27 series that includes Vivo V27 and Vivo V27 Pro. Vivo launched the last V25 series in August 2022 and now its successor Vivo V27 series’ launch timeline, price and specifications have been tipped by 91 Mobiles. Here are three details that have been revealed.

According to 91 Mobiles, the Vivo V27 series will be launching in March 2023 which means Vivo will start teasing its upcoming launch soon.

Vivo will reportedly launch the base model of Vivo V27 at a price of ₹35,000 and the Vivo V27 Pro at a price of ₹40,000, approximately. The phones will be available on Flipkart, Vivo’s official website and retail stores after they are out in the market.

Vivo V27:

Vivo V27 is expected to be equipped with Mediatek Dimensity 7200 which makes it the first phone in the country with this chipset and it will be the first base version of the Vivo V series to feature the curved display reportedly. 

The Vivo V27 might feature a curved 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.

It could sport a quad camera setup holding a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel camera. It is expected to roll out with a dual camera setup on the front carrying a 32-megapixel primary and 8-megapixel secondary. 

The Vivo V27 series could pack a 4500mAh battery with 18-watt fast charging support. 

Vivo V27 Pro:

Vivo V27 Pro is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 paired with 8GB RAM. 

It could feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. 

The pro model is likely to feature a triple camera setup with a 108-megapixel primary camera along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 5-megapixel macro lens. It could sport a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Vivo V27 Pro might pack a 5000mAh battery. 

Both phones are expected to come in Black and colour-changing Blue panels.

2020 iPhone could support time-of-flight 3D sensors: Report

While the 2019 iPhones are yet to be launched, the rumour mill is already churning out predictions for the 2020 iPhones. According to some reports, Apple is expected to release three new iPhones this year. As for 2020, the tech giant could supposedly incorporate time-of-flight (ToF) sensors in the future iPhones.
