MSI announces gaming and creator laptops feat 10th Gen Intel processors in India

MSI has announced the availability of their gaming and creator laptops featuring the latest 10th Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA RTX/GTX graphics cards. The 10th Gen lineup consists of the GT76 TITAN, GS66 Stealth, GE66 Raider, GS75 Stealth, GE75 Raider, GP75 Leopard, GL75 Leopard, GF75 Thin, GF65/GF63 Thin, Creator 17, Creator 15M and Creator 17M laptops. The laptops will be available for sale on 26th May 2020 at MSI’s exclusive stores, authorised retailers as well as leading e-commerce websites such as Flipkart and Amazon. The entire range is priced between Rs. 89,990 to Rs. 4,25,990.

Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Green Lin, Regional Marketing Manager, MSI, said “India is one of MSI’s most important markets and we have seen a surge in the number of gamers and content creators. With a complete new line up, MSI continues to introduce ground breaking technologies and the firsts in its categories such as 10th Gen processors in the gaming range & the Mini LED screen in the content creation series, an industry first feature for both the products. Adding to this, Mr. John Hung, General Manager, MSI India said, “MSI is proud to be one of the first brands to launch the latest Intel 10th Gen mobile laptop solution ranging from high end to mainstream segment catering to everyone’s needs. Combined with the new CPU and GPU, we have also introduced two brand new chassis of the laptop (GE66 RAIDER and GS66 STEALTH with 300Hz refresh rate and maximum allowed battery (99.9Whr). We wish to bring the best experience to users and allow them to enjoy the latest technology with the best design and best thermal solution on a laptop.”

GE66 Raider and GS66 Stealth: New models

Unveiled at CES 2020, the GE66 Raider and GS66 Stealth are the latest additions to the MSI lineup. The GS66 Raider comes with a 300 Hz refresh rate display panel and a 99.9 Whr battery which is the largest battery capacity that a laptop can have to be allowed on airplanes. Another aspect that appeals to the RGB crowd is the inclusion of a horizontal RGB panel that spans the entire breadth of the laptop in the form of a panoramic lighting on the front edge.  

The GS66 Stealth is an upgrade over the GS65 in an aesthetic as well as performance perspective. Like the GE66, the GS66 can also be upgraded to have a 300 Hz panel and both units can have up to 64 GB of RAM. The top SKU for the GE66 Raider will be priced at Rs. 2,23,990 whereas that of the GS66 Stealth will be priced at Rs. 2,79,990.
