Infini has announced the Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro in India. The Infinix Hot 9 is priced at Rs 8,499 whereas the Infinix Hot 9 Pro is priced at Rs 9499. The Infinix Hot 9 will go on sale on June 8 while the Hot 9 Pro will go on sale sooner, on June 5. Both the devices will go on sale on Flipkart. Both the smartphones will come in Ocean Blue and Violet colour options and will be powered by the Helio P22 octa-core processor.
Infinix Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro specificationsComing to the specifications of the 2 smartphones, both of them bring with them the same specifications under the hood with the key difference being in the camera specs. Both smartphones are dual-SIM devices and run on Android 10 with XOS 6.0 overlaying it. The front of the smartphones has a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 1600x720p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ration. The smartphones boast of 90.5 percent screen to body ration. The display on the smartphone can reach 480 nits of brightness. Under the hood, the smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor and 4GB RAM. The Infinix Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro come with 64GB built-in storage expandable via a microSD card. The smartphones have a 5000mAh battery
Moving to the camera, both the Infinix Hot 9 and Infinix Hot 9 Pro come with a quad-camera setup a the back. The Infinix Hot 9 has a 13MP primary camera whereas the Hot 9 Pro has a 48MP primary camera. For the rest, we have a 2MP depth camera, a 2MP macro camera, and an additional low light sensor. The Hot 9 has a triple LED flash, whereas the Hot 9 Pro has a quad-flash setup.
On the front, the 2 smartphones have an 8MP punch-hole selfie camera. The Infinix Hot 9 and Hot 9 Pro also come with Bluetooth 5, and the endangered 3.5mm audio jack. It also has FM radio built-in.
