TSMC Said to Have Suspended Work for Chinese Chip Startup Amid US Curbs

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has suspended production of advanced silicon for Chinese startup Biren Technology to ensure compliance with US regulations, according to a person familiar with the matter.
