Samsung reveals price and availabity details for Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch4 Classic and Galaxy Buds2 in India

Along with its new foldable phones, Samsung also introduced its first set of smartwatches running WearOS and new Galaxy Buds2 at the recently held Galaxy Unpacked event. India prices for the two foldable phones - Galaxy ZFlip 3 and Galaxy Fold 3 - were announced a couple of weeks back, and now the brand has officially announced the price and availability details for new Galaxy Watch Models and Buds2.

Price and Availability

The Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch4 Classic and Galaxy Buds2 will be up for pre-order on Samsung’s official India website and other major online and offline retailers starting from August 30. 

Galaxy Buds2 will be available in Graphite, White, Olive Green, Lavender colour options. 

All Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch4 models will be available in Black and Silver colour options. The Galaxy Watch4 40mm and Galaxy Watch4 44mm will also be available in additional Pink Gold and Green options, respectively.

The Galaxy Watch4 has a sleek, modern design with a rubber strap and digital bezel, while the Classic variant has rotating bezels and stainless steel body. 

Both of these watches run WearOS based One UI and are powered by a 5nm Exynos W920 chip that integrates Cat.4 LTE Modem. These watches have 1.5GB RAM, 16GB storage and a dedicated chip for Always-on mode. The two different sizes include 361mAh and 247mAh batteries. 

As all modern smartwatches, these too are centred around fitness enthusiasts. The Samsung bioactive sensor used can measure PPG,  ECG, and BIA, and there are more than 100 activity tracking modes. 

Galaxy Buds2 Features: 

Galaxy Buds2 have three microphones for ANC and are also Samsung’s lightest earphones to date tipping the scale at 41.2 grams. These buds have a dynamic two-way speaker that is split into a woofer and a tweeter to aptly reproduce both lows and high frequencies.

2020 iPhone could support time-of-flight 3D sensors: Report

While the 2019 iPhones are yet to be launched, the rumour mill is already churning out predictions for the 2020 iPhones. According to some reports, Apple is expected to release three new iPhones this year. As for 2020, the tech giant could supposedly incorporate time-of-flight (ToF) sensors in the future iPhones. Additionally, Apple might also include 5G connectivity in next year’s iPhone models.
