PlayStation announces 14 titles for PS Plus Extra and Premium in March: Here is what you can expect

PS Plus Extra and Premium members have something to look forward to as Sony has just announced 14 games that will be available on both services for the month of March. If you own a PS4 or PS5 you will be able to access and download these games starting next week. Some of the games that are available are truly one-of-a-kind experiences that every gamer should try out at least once. Games like Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection are a great way to dip your toes into one of Sony’s biggest franchises. Gamers who have already subscribed to the service will also receive Sony’s Essential Tier of games as well.

PS Plus Collection to be discontinued in May

In another bit of news, it seems that the PS Plus collection will be taken off the air sometime in May. There are a bunch of cool games that you can still claim from the service before it shuts down for good. Games like Bloodborne, the Last of Us and more are all ready to be claimed. Do note that once you claim the games, they will remain in your library even when the service is discontinued. So, do head on over to the PS Plus Collection and grab all these great games.

What if a botched Google search card says you are a serial killer

Many of us have come to heavily rely on Google Search and often don’t question the veracity of information Google cherry-picks from the vast data available on the world wide web for its search cards. This incident, which is one part funny and two parts scary, makes it clear that Google’s Knowlege Graph may not be as sacrosanct as you may have believed.  Hristo Georgiev was informed by a former colleague that a Google search of his name returned a Google Knowlege Graph that depicted his photo and linked it to a Bulgarian rapist and serial killer of the same name, also known as ‘The Sadist’, who murdered five people back in the 1970s and was later executed by shooting.  The graph linked the info to a Wikipedia article, which incidentally had no link to any of Georgiev’s profile or his image. It was Google’s algorithms that erroneously matched the two. What’s even more problematic is that Hristo Georgiev is not a unique name and is shared by hundreds of other people.  As...
