Samsung Galaxy S25 could debut with a larger display than its predecessor. The company's smallest model in the Galaxy S25 series expected to arrive next year could sport a 6.36-inch screen, and the South Korean smartphone maker is expected to increase the size of its smartphone displays for the second year in a row with the arrival of the purported Samsung Galaxy S25.
