iOS 16 Keyboard Haptics Feature Might Impact Battery Life on iPhones, Says Apple

Apple added keyboard haptics on all supported iPhones with its iOS 16 software update, but it is not enabled by default. Constantly using the phone’s haptic motor had users on the fence about enabling the feature as it could affect battery life. Apple has now made it clear in its support document that enabling the feature does impact the iPhone battery life.
