Moto G7 Plus retail box leak shows 27W TurboPower fast charging support

Highlights: Retail box image leak shows Moto G7 Plus with 27W TurboPower fast charging support. The main 16MP camera is also seen having OIS. The phone is seen sporting a waterdrop notch. Last week, all the phones belonging to the Moto G7 series were leaked delving out a lot of information about the devices. It seemed that we might not see any major leaks in the run-up to the launch event, but now the images of the retail box of the Moto G7 Plus are making rounds on the internet showing that the phone will come with 27W TurboPower fast charging support. Previous generation of Motorola phones ship with the Turbo charging support. However, there is no confirmation if all other phones in the series, apart from Moto G7 Plus, will have the same TurboPower fast charging support. In addition to the TurboPower charging, the Moto G7 Plus is expected to have the Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) on its main 16MP camera. Brazilian tech website Tudocelular also reports that Motorola will bundle a protective cover for free, along with a charger with USB-C to USB-C cable. Last week, press renders and the starting price of the Motorola G7 series were leaked after Motorola Brazil accidentally listed the phones on the website. According to the leaks, the Moto G7 is expected to sport a waterdrop notch on a 6.24-inch display. Under the hood, the Moto G7 may have a mid-range Snapdragon 632 processor, which is expected to power the Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power as well. The Plus model may have a Snapdragon 636 SoC. The spec sheet shared in the article also shows the G7 having 4GB of RAM. The G7 Plus is seen having a 4GB RAM (base), the Moto G7 Play has a 2GB RAM (base) and Moto G7 Power has a 3GB RAM. Motorola is expected to launch four phones under the G7 lineup in Brazil, ahead of the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2019 event. All the phones are said to be offered in multiple variants, that is, with different RAM and storage capacities.
